About My Hubby & I

Alan and I have been married for almost twenty years now. We were married on the 24th December 1982.We met early on in 1982, love at first sight for me when you just know you have met your soul mate for life. We dated for a few months then we got engaged never really gave a thought to a date on when we would marry. We spent a lovely holiday in Lockerbie with his family  in the summer and our love grew stronger. Then one night as we were sitting talking up popped the subject of getting married so I said to Alan pop down to the register office and see when they can take us  and that was that our date was fixed. It was a bit hectic with Christmas being the next day  but we both turned up and the rest is history .We were married a good year when we were overjoyed to learn I was pregnant with out first child but sadly it was not meant to be and at 16 weeks I lost my precious child .That was very hard for both of us .Alan then bought me a wee puppy, I called her Judy and she eased my pain as I fell in love with her right away .Judy was a wonderful pet  so easy to train .Sadly I had to have her put down when she was older.  

Then I learned I was going to have another child I was scared to get all happy about it in case something happened but we were blessed with a daughter  in October 1985 we named her Karen ,then another daughter in August 1988 we named her Kay and to finish my family off we were blessed with a son on the 19th of September 1990. So I feel very lucky. Alan and I have been together for twenty years now and I just wonder where the years have gone .Alan is a Virgo and I am a Capricorn so I guess we make a good match . I could not ask for a better husband as I have had a few problems with my back and he has always been there to care and look after me before and after surgery and  the present .He was a tower of strength for me when I lost my parents and I love him for that .

My husband is a good father and a hard worker,  he works in a factory as a shift manager ,he works shifts so we don't see as much of each other as we would like .Alan likes to go and have a game of golf when he has some time to himself, he also likes to work away with pc's, he has built  three so far and is thinking on his next one ,he also likes his garden, he is forever doing something to it .And now me well I really don't do too much I like to listen to music and I like my pc, also like to go out in the garden too. Alan and I love to go away for days here and there when we can ,we like the beautiful Scottish scenery  not to mention some peace and quiet Well I cant think of anything more to say here but I do hope you liked my wee site and you will come back again .
